RAUH-Welt Begriff Brotherhood

The latest video from Japanese Porsche tuner RAUH-Welt Begriff documents an unprecedented gathering of their international customers. Nakai-san invited RWB friends from Thailand and the US to help with a 4 car effort at a 12 hour endurance race held at the Twin Rings Motegi circuit in Japan. He made sure to mix everybody up when assigning the driver teams and pit crews to each car so that everybody could make new friends. The final scene describes it all: RAUH-Welt Begriff Brotherhood.

2013 Shelby GT500 vs. 2012 Camaro ZL1 – Hot Rod Magazine

The guys at Hot Rod Magazine get their hands on the Shelby GT500 and Camaro ZL1 press cars after they’ve made their rounds getting formal reviews by British guys here and here. Instead of doing the same thing again, they just have fun with the cars testing their burnout abilities, exhaust notes, cup holders vs. bang shifting and drag racing.

D3 Electric Drift Trike

Don’t worry if you missed our first post about the Demon Energy Drift Trike Championship. The guys, who mainly consist of drivers from D1 New Zealand, have posted some new footage of them setting up for this year’s season. There’s a little **NSFW** language right at the end:

BMW Tech Office – Translogic

Translogic pays a visit to BMW’s Tech Office in Silicon Valley where they are working on the ActiveE and its integration. In addition to the creation of the actual EV’s, a lot of work still needs to be done in the area of smart charging grids. We have to be able to charge all of these cars without overwhelming our power distribution infrastructure. That’s what they’re working on here with smart appliances, solar trees and smart phone integration.

Best of Toni Bou 2010 – Trials Motocross

The man in this video is to the FIM Trial World Championship what Michael Shumacher is to Formula 1 or what Sebastien Loeb is to the World Rally Championship. His name is Toni Bou and he’s been the indoor and outdoor trials motocross world champion since 2007. This is his highlight video from 2010 which unfortunately isn’t in HD but is still quite amazing.
